our pizzas are 100% plant-based, with high quality artisan dough with more then 48h slow leavening, fermentation and maturation! Ingredients are mostly organic! Cooking is 90 sec traditional 400° with wood. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL from Salento is used raw on all tomato-based pizzas.
