Proudly present the First 100% Vegan Pizzeria Restaurant in Innsbruck and maybe somewhere else, with HIGH QUALITY Artisan dough with more then 48h slow leavening, fermentation and maturation!
We produce most of our own ingredients including mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan.
We use mostly organic products, a wood-fired oven and the best Italian flours.
we Represent the heart of Italian tradition but improved in a vegetal way! with international influence as it has always been.
