Since 2023, we proudly present the First 100% Vegan Pizzeria and Vegan Italian Restaurant in Austria, based in INNSBRUCK, offering a HIGH QUALITY artisan dough recipe perfected over 20 years, with over 48 hours of slow leavening, fermentation and maturation!

We offer traditional Italian cuisine that represents the heart of our gastronomic culture, reinterpreted in a fully plant-based way and enriched with the international influences that have always characterized it.
We make everything from schratch: all our cheese and meat alternatives are organic and Proudly homemade.

We use mostly organic products, a wood-fired oven and the finest Italian flours.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA?
Unfortunely we do not offer gluten-free pizza. Since we have only one Pizzeria, we cannot completely eliminate traces of gluten from surfaces, the oven, and the dough mixers. We are sorry for those with celiac disease; as an alternative, we offer gluten-free appetizers, pasta dishes, and desserts.
